Job Description
As an Engineering Parts & Inventory Assistant, you will manage the digital records of the tools and materials our engineers use. You won't be required to carry heavy equipment; instead, you will handle the data entry for stock levels, track tool calibrations, and coordinate with vendors for replenishments. This is a process-oriented role that balances technical knowledge with administrative precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Tracking: Update the inventory database whenever engineering parts are requested or delivered.
- Calibration Logging: Maintain a schedule of when specific engineering tools need professional calibration and send reminders to the team.
- Vendor Follow-up: Contact suppliers via email or chat to check the status of back-ordered engineering components.
- Requisition Processing: Review internal requests for materials and ensure they match the project’s budget codes.
- Data Cleanup: Perform weekly audits of the digital inventory to ensure quantities are accurate.

- Soft Skills: Highly organized and honest; able to follow strict inventory protocols.
- Work Setup Readiness: Comfortable with a hybrid setup. On-site days in Taguig involve verifying stock data in our accessible supply office.
