Job Description

The Training Coordinator is the organizational engine of our Education department. You will handle the logistics for our in-person and virtual workshops. This role does not require you to stand and teach; instead, you ensure that the "classroom" is ready, the attendance is checked, and the certificates are printed. It is a structured, predictable role in a professional office setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling: Coordinate the calendar for training sessions, ensuring no overlaps in room bookings or trainer availability.
  • Material Preparation: Print and organize training handouts, name tags, and evaluation forms for participants.
  • Attendance Tracking: Check in participants as they arrive and encode the final attendance list into the HR database.
  • Certificate Production: Draft and print "Certificates of Completion" for employees who successfully pass their training.
  • Vendor Liaison: Contact catering vendors (via email) to arrange coffee and snacks for full-day workshops.

  • Educational Background: High School Graduate or Associate Degree in Office Administration or Psychology.
  • Experience: 0-1 year of experience in a clerical or administrative role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic MS Word (for certificates) and MS Excel (for attendance tracking).
  • Soft Skills: Highly organized and polite; able to follow a logistics checklist.
  • Work Setup Readiness: Must be able to work on-site in Taguig. Our office is fully accessible with ramps, elevators, and adjustable-height workstations.
