Job Description
Central Heavenly Corporation is looking for an LMS Administrator to manage our internal digital learning portal. You will be the "librarian" of our online courses, responsible for uploading training videos, creating user accounts for new employees, and ensuring that course materials are accessible. This is a technical, back-end role that allows you to work independently from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Course Uploading: Upload video lessons, PDFs, and quizzes onto the company’s learning platform.
- User Management: Create login credentials for new hires and assign them to the correct training "paths" (e.g., Marketing vs. Finance).
- Technical Support: Assist employees via email or chat if they encounter trouble accessing their courses or resetting passwords.
- Progress Tracking: Generate simple monthly reports showing which employees have completed their required training.
- Content Updates: Replace old training documents with updated versions as provided by the department heads.

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in IT, Education, or any business field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience. Familiarity with any LMS (like Moodle, Canvas, or Google Classroom) is a major plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating web-based software and basic data entry in Excel.
- Focus: Ability to follow step-by-step technical procedures accurately.
- Work Setup Readiness: This is a 100% remote role. You must have a stable internet connection and a reliable computer.
