Job Description
Central Heavenly Corporation is looking for a Junior CAD Draftsperson to assist our architectural team in digitizing sketches and updating floor plans. In this role, you aren't responsible for the primary design; instead, you take the architect's concepts and turn them into precise technical drawings. This is a technical, high-focus role that allows for a quiet work environment and a mix of home and office work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Drafting: Convert hand-drawn sketches or marked-up PDF drawings into 2D CAD files using AutoCAD.
- Revision Updates: Incorporate minor design changes (e.g., moving a door or wall) into existing master plans based on engineer instructions.
- Standardization: Ensure all drawings follow the company's specific layering, line weight, and labeling standards.
- Document Printing: Assist in preparing sets of blueprints for submission to local government units in Taguig.
- File Maintenance: Organize digital drawing archives and ensure all "As-Built" drawings are updated.

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Associate Degree in Drafting Technology/CADD.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; we will provide training on our specific standards.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of AutoCAD (2D) and basic knowledge of SketchUp or Revit is a plus.
- Detail-Oriented: Must have a "perfectionist" eye for measurements and scale.
- Work Setup Readiness: Comfortable with a hybrid setup. Our Taguig office provides high-performance workstations and ergonomic seating for drafting.
