Job Description

As a Business Intelligence Data Clerk, you will be responsible for the "cleanup" and entry of data that fuels our corporate strategy. You will take raw data from various departments (like Sales or HR) and input it into our master strategy spreadsheets according to specific categories. This is a non-voice, high-focus role that is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data in a peaceful, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Data Encoding: Transfer numerical data from PDFs or physical reports into standardized Excel/Google Sheets templates.
  • Database Cleaning: Review existing strategy databases for duplicates, formatting errors, or missing entries.
  • Standardized Reporting: Update weekly "Dashboard" spreadsheets with the latest numbers provided by the finance and ops teams.
  • Data Categorization: Label data points according to our strategy framework (e.g., categorizing expenses by "Operational" vs "Strategic").
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict data privacy when handling sensitive company performance metrics.
