Central Heavenly Corporation is looking for a Strategy Research Assistant to support our internal consulting team. Your role is to be the "eyes and ears" of the department—gathering data on market trends, competitor activities, and industry news. This is a high-focus role that involves deep-diving into online resources to provide our strategists with the facts they need. It is perfect for someone who loves learning and organizing information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Monitoring: Conduct daily online searches for news and trends related to our various business units (e.g., Tech, Finance, Hospitality).
- Competitor Tracking: Update a simple database of competitor pricing, service launches, and public announcements.
- Data Summary: Summarize long articles or industry reports into clear, 1-page bulleted briefs for management.
- Fact-Checking: Verify the accuracy of statistics and data points used in strategy presentations.
- Internal Newsletter: Assist in compiling a weekly internal "Strategy Digest" for the executive team.

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or any Social Science.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience. We value strong academic research skills and a curious mind.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Google Search/Search Operators and basic MS PowerPoint for creating simple summary slides.
- Soft Skills: High level of curiosity, analytical thinking, and the ability to work quietly for long periods.
- Work Setup Readiness: Must be comfortable with a hybrid setup. On-site days in Taguig will focus on team brainstorming and strategy updates.
