Job Description
The Timekeeping Clerk ensures that all project staff and contractors are accurately recorded for their work hours. You will work from the site office, managing the biometric or manual log systems. This is a foundational HR/Administrative role within the construction sector that focuses on data integrity and fairness, ensuring everyone gets paid correctly and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Logs: Monitor and download the daily attendance logs from the biometric scanners or manual logbooks.
- Data Encoding: Input daily hours worked, including overtime, into the project’s payroll spreadsheet.
- Discrepancy Checking: Identify and flag any missing logs or "double entries" for the site manager to verify.
- ID Processing: Assist in the issuance and recording of project ID badges for new workers.
- Filing: Maintain organized folders for worker contracts and government compliance documents (e.g., SSS/PhilHealth info).

- Educational Background: High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we will train you on our timekeeping software and payroll rules.

- Soft Skills: High level of integrity and the ability to work quietly and focused on repetitive data.
- Work Setup Readiness: Must be able to work on-site in Taguig. The office is equipped with ergonomic chairs and accessible entrance points.
