Job Description
The Social Program Enrollment Assistant is responsible for helping community members register for our various support programs (e.g., scholarship applications or livelihood training). This is a task-focused role where you will guide applicants through their forms and ensure their requirements are complete. You are the helpful face that ensures community members can access the help they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Form Guidance: Assist community members in filling out application forms, explaining each section clearly.
- Requirement Checklist: Review submitted documents (e.g., birth certificates, IDs) to ensure they meet the program's criteria.
- Status Updates: Inform applicants of the status of their application via phone or template-based text messages.
- Physical Filing: Sort and file physical application forms in an organized, easy-to-access system.
- Pantry/Supply Support: Assist in organizing small batches of supplies for community distribution during office hours.

- Educational Background: High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in a clerical or customer-facing role.
- Soft Skills: A patient, helpful attitude and the ability to follow a set of registration rules.
- Language: Fluent in Filipino and basic English.
- Work Setup Readiness: Must be able to work on-site in Taguig. Our facility features ergonomic seating for intake desks and accessible workspaces.
