Key Responsibilities:
- Document Organization: Organize and label digital folders for various community projects (e.g., "Health Program 2026").
- Proposal Support: Help compile necessary attachments (IDs, permits, photos) for grant applications or project proposals.
- Data Entry: Input project metrics (e.g., number of families served) into our central tracking spreadsheet.
- Proofreading: Review simple community reports for typos or missing information before they are finalized.
- Deadline Tracking: Maintain a calendar of upcoming report deadlines and send gentle reminders to the field team.
Job Requirements
Central Heavenly Corporation welcomes all qualified applicants and is fully committed to providing reasonable workplace accommodations to PWD applicants.
- Educational Background: High School Graduate or Associate Degree.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training on how to handle NGO documentation.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Drive or OneDrive.
- Focus: High attention to detail for checking documents and filing.
- Work Setup Readiness: This is a 100% remote role. You must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet space to focus.
