Job Description

Central Heavenly Corporation is looking for a Management Suite Support Assistant to ensure the executive floor runs smoothly. This is a foundational role where you will handle the "behind-the-scenes" logistics of the management office. You aren't managing the CEO’s life; you are managing the office environment they work in. If you enjoy creating order and keeping a workspace professional and welcoming, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Readiness: Ensure executive meeting rooms are tidy and stocked with necessary materials (notepads, pens, water) before the day begins.
  • Visitor Hospitality: Greet guests arriving for management meetings and notify the relevant assistant or executive.
  • Supply Inventory: Monitor and request supplies specifically for the management suite, such as stationery and pantry items.
  • Mail Sorting: Receive and organize physical mail and packages addressed to the executive office for distribution.
  • General Clerical Tasks: Assist with basic printing, scanning, and binding of management reports.

  • Educational Background: High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
  • Experience: 0-1 year of experience in a general office or hospitality role. We value a polite and helpful attitude.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers/scanners) and simple email usage.
  • Organization: Ability to follow a daily checklist to maintain the suite’s standards.
  • Work Setup Readiness: Must be able to work on-site in Taguig. Our office features wide hallways, accessible restrooms, and adjustable-height reception surfaces.
