Job Description
In this role, your "customers" are actually your fellow CHC employees! The Help Desk Coordinator is the central point of contact for internal requests. Whether someone needs a new mouse, is having trouble logging into their email, or needs a document from HR, you will receive their requests and route them to the right department. This is a low-stress, organized role that focuses on helping our internal family stay productive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Request Routing: Receive internal "help tickets" via our company portal and assign them to the correct person (IT, HR, or Finance).
- Follow-up: Check in with departments to ensure they have responded to the employee's request within 24 hours.
- Internal Directory: Keep the company contact list and internal "How-To" guides updated.
- Survey Collection: Send out simple satisfaction surveys to employees once their help tickets are closed.
- Reporting: Create a simple weekly list showing which departments are responding the fastest to help requests.
Job Requirements
Central Heavenly Corporation welcomes all qualified applicants and is fully committed to providing reasonable workplace accommodations to PWD applicants.
- Educational Background: High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
- Experience: No prior experience is needed, but good organizational skills are a must.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills (email, chat apps like Slack or Teams).
- Interpersonal Skills: A helpful and friendly attitude is key, as you are supporting your colleagues.
- Work Setup Readiness: Must have a reliable home internet connection and be able to manage time independently.
