Job Description
Central Heavenly Corporation is looking for a Customer Support Associate to handle our digital inquiries. In this non-voice role, you will be the written voice of CHC, assisting customers through live chat and email. This is perfect for individuals who are excellent writers and prefer a workspace where they can think and type rather than handle back-to-back phone calls. We value clarity and empathy over speed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chat Support: Respond to real-time customer inquiries via our website’s chat portal using approved templates and guidelines.
- Email Management: Answer incoming support emails, providing clear instructions or troubleshooting steps for account-related issues.
- Ticket Documentation: Summarize customer interactions in our CRM system to help the team track recurring issues.
- Knowledge Base Support: Flag common questions that aren't in our help guide so we can create better resources for our users.
- Feedback Collection: Inform management of consistent customer suggestions or complaints to help improve our services.
Job Requirements

Educational Background: High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate. College degrees are welcome but not mandatory.
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in any customer-facing role (retail, admin, or online work).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong typing skills (35+ WPM) and basic familiarity with using a web browser and email.
- Communication: Excellent written English and Filipino skills. You should be able to explain things clearly through text.
- Work Setup Readiness: Must be able to work on-site in Taguig. Our office features adjustable desks and is located near accessible transport hubs.
