Job Description

Central Heavenly Corporation is looking for a high-level Executive Assistant to provide mission-critical support to our VP of Operations. This isn't just about booking flights; it’s about being the VP’s "right hand"—managing complex schedules, acting as a gatekeeper for communications, and ensuring that executive priorities are executed flawlessly. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Calendar Management: Mastermind a complex, high-volume executive calendar, coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Communication Facilitation: Screen and prioritize incoming emails and calls; draft high-stakes correspondence on behalf of the VP.
  • Travel Coordination: Organize end-to-end domestic and international travel itineraries, including visas, flights, and accommodations.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations; record minutes and track follow-up actions for executive leadership meetings.
  • Project Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the VP and subsidiary managers to ensure project updates are delivered on time.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience supporting C-level or Senior Executive leadership in a corporate environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command of Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Slides) and Zoom/Microsoft Teams.
  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, absolute confidentiality, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Work Setup Readiness: Must be comfortable with a hybrid setup and available for occasional urgent executive needs outside of standard hours.
