Key Responsibilities:
Document and Package Delivery: Perform scheduled and urgent pickups and deliveries of time-sensitive documents (e.g., checks, contracts, legal papers) to various clients, government offices, banks, and company branches.
Route Planning: Plan and execute the most efficient and safest delivery routes to ensure items are delivered on time.
Record Keeping: Maintain an accurate log of all documents/packages delivered and collected, obtaining necessary signatures and providing receipts.
Office Support: Assist with routine clerical tasks in the central mailroom or administration office, such as sorting, stamping, filing, collating, and preparing outgoing mail/pouches.
Vehicle Maintenance (if applicable): Conduct basic daily checks (e.g., fuel, oil, tires) on the company-provided delivery vehicle (motorcycle or light van) and report any maintenance issues.
Job Requirements
Educational Background: At least a High School Graduate or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience as a messenger, courier, or administrative aide is an advantage.
Licensure: Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License (restriction 1 and 2/3) with a clean driving record (for motorized messenger duties).
Soft Skills: Strong sense of integrity, reliability, and responsibility when handling confidential documents and cash transactions. Good time management and navigational skills. Must be professional and courteous when interacting with external contacts.
Physical Requirements: Ability to drive or ride a company vehicle for extended periods. Ability to manually handle and carry packages (up to 15 kg). Reasonable accommodations will be made for walking/standing/lifting requirements in the office environment.
- Work Setup Readiness: Must work on-site and be willing to travel extensively within Metro Manila for deliveries.
