Key Responsibilities:
Routine Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting surfaces, and cleaning windows and glass partitions.
Restroom Sanitation: Clean, sanitize, and restock supplies (soap, toilet paper, paper towels) in all corporate restrooms.
Waste Management: Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from all office areas and designated receptacles, ensuring proper waste segregation.
Facility Support: Move or arrange furniture for meetings or events, and assist in setting up basic facilities (e.g., meeting rooms).
- Maintenance Reporting: Report any necessary minor repairs, hazards, or equipment malfunctions (e.g., broken light fixtures, leaks) to the Facilities Supervisor.
Job Requirements
Educational Background: High School Graduate or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: 0-1 year of experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or general utility work is an advantage but not strictly required. Training will be provided.
Soft Skills: Must be reliable, punctual, and highly dependable, with a strong work ethic. Requires the ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions regarding cleaning chemicals and procedures.
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform tasks involving walking, standing for extended periods, bending, and light lifting (up to 10 kg). Reasonable accommodations will be provided for tasks requiring excessive movement or heavy lifting.
- Work Setup Readiness: Must work on-site at the Taguig corporate premises. Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours (early morning/late evening) for deep cleaning is required.
