Job Description

As a Service Crew member for Central Heavenly Corporation's quick-service restaurant division, you are the face of our brand. You will ensure every customer receives fast, friendly, and accurate service. This role involves taking orders, preparing simple food items, ensuring cleanliness, and operating the Point-of-Sale (POS) system. A positive attitude and efficiency are key to success in our high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Taking & POS Operation: Greet customers warmly, accurately take food and beverage orders, and process transactions using the accessible Point-of-Sale system.

  • Food Preparation: Assist in basic food assembly and preparation (e.g., preparing drinks, assembling sandwiches) following strict hygiene and quality standards.

  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and minor issues professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.

  • Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service counter, dining area, and food preparation spaces.

  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with kitchen and managerial staff during peak hours to maximize service speed.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: At least a High School Graduate or equivalent is required.

  • Experience: 0-1 year of experience in customer service, food service, or retail is preferred. Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome.

  • Soft Skills: Must possess excellent verbal communication skills in English/Filipino, a friendly and energetic demeanor, and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a team.

  • Technical Proficiency: Basic arithmetic skills for cash handling and quick processing/training on the POS system are required.

  • Work Setup Readiness: Must work on-site and be willing to work a shifting schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The primary work station (counter/POS) will be designed for accessibility.
