Job Description

The Facilities Maintenance Scheduler is the organizational core of the Corporate Services department, responsible for coordinating all preventative and corrective maintenance tasks for Central Heavenly Corporation's Taguig properties. You will manage the work order system, assign tasks to in-house technicians and external vendors, track progress, and ensure all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) adhere to scheduled maintenance cycles. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
  • Work Order Management: Receive, prioritize, and process maintenance requests using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

  • Scheduling: Develop daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules, optimizing technician routes and ensuring timely completion of preventative maintenance (PM) routines.

  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external contractors (e.g., specialized equipment repair) for necessary service, tracking their visits and documentation.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate historical records of all maintenance activity, equipment warranties, and generate reports on technician workload and outstanding issues.

  • Inventory Tracking: Assist in managing the inventory of spare parts and tools used by the maintenance team.

  • Educational Background: High School Graduate or equivalent is required. A vocational certificate or college degree in Facilities Management, Office Administration, or a related technical field is a strong asset.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, or administrative support within a facilities management, maintenance, or logistics environment.

  • Technical Proficiency: Mandatory experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or a similar scheduling/ticketing platform. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities for managing scheduling conflicts, and clear, professional verbal and written communication.

  • Work Setup Readiness: Must work on-site at the Taguig Facilities Office to directly interact with maintenance technicians, manage physical documentation, and access dedicated scheduling systems.
