Work Order Management: Receive, prioritize, and process maintenance requests using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Scheduling: Develop daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules, optimizing technician routes and ensuring timely completion of preventative maintenance (PM) routines.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external contractors (e.g., specialized equipment repair) for necessary service, tracking their visits and documentation.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate historical records of all maintenance activity, equipment warranties, and generate reports on technician workload and outstanding issues.
- Inventory Tracking: Assist in managing the inventory of spare parts and tools used by the maintenance team.
Job Requirements
Educational Background: High School Graduate or equivalent is required. A vocational certificate or college degree in Facilities Management, Office Administration, or a related technical field is a strong asset.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, or administrative support within a facilities management, maintenance, or logistics environment.
Technical Proficiency: Mandatory experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or a similar scheduling/ticketing platform. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting.
Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities for managing scheduling conflicts, and clear, professional verbal and written communication.
- Work Setup Readiness: Must work on-site at the Taguig Facilities Office to directly interact with maintenance technicians, manage physical documentation, and access dedicated scheduling systems.
