Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Produce clear, compelling, and brand-consistent copy for digital and print assets for CHC's diverse subsidiaries.
Editing & Proofreading: Rigorously edit and proofread all materials to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate tone and voice.
Stakeholder Collaboration (Remote): Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, and Subject Matter Experts remotely to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
Deadline Management: Prioritize and manage multiple writing assignments simultaneously to meet project milestones and deadlines without direct daily supervision.
SEO/Accessibility Integration: Apply basic SEO principles and ensure written content adheres to digital accessibility standards where applicable.
Job Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of professional copywriting, technical writing, or journalistic experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment. Proven portfolio required.
Technical Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Docs. Experience using online collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Asana) and familiarity with style guides (e.g., AP, Chicago).
Soft Skills: Exceptional written communication skills, outstanding command of English grammar and style, and high organizational ability for self-management.
