Key Responsibilities:

• Experiment Execution: Perform routine laboratory tests, assays, sample preparation, and chemical analyses following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Data Recording: Accurately record all experimental parameters, observations, and results in electronic lab notebooks (ELN) and logbooks.

• Instrument Maintenance: Clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and glassware, reporting any malfunctions immediately.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels of chemicals, reagents, and consumables, preparing orders as needed.

• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all laboratory safety regulations (OSHA, chemical handling) and assist with maintaining quality control records.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Materials Science, or a related laboratory science field.

• Experience: 0-2 years of experience. Strong laboratory skills gained through academic coursework, internships, or previous entry-level lab work are essential.

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in basic laboratory techniques (e.g., titrations, pipetting, microscopy) and accurate data entry using spreadsheet software (Excel).

• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong methodical and systematic work ethic, and a high commitment to safety and quality control.

• Work Setup Readiness: Must work on-site at the Taguig R&D Laboratory to conduct experiments and manage equipment. The laboratory environment is modern and fully accessible, and accommodations will be provided for specific manual tasks.
