Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound inquiries and outbound calls/emails within the assigned territory.
Virtual Presentations: Conduct compelling and professional virtual product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasting within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Negotiation & Closing: Structure, negotiate, and close sales contracts to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Relationship Handoff: Ensure a smooth transition of closed deals to the Account Management and Implementation teams.
Job Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B inside sales, telemarketing, or a quota-carrying role. Experience selling software or complex services is a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Mandatory experience using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Proficient in virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and persuasion skills are essential. Must be highly motivated, persistent, and organized in managing a sales pipeline.
- Work Setup Readiness: Must possess a reliable internet connection for remote calls and be comfortable coming on-site to the Taguig office for team training, sales strategy meetings, and major client contract signing events.
