E-Commerce Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing Management: Accurately upload, update, and manage product information (SKUs, pricing, inventory levels, descriptions, images) across all e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee).
Order Fulfillment Coordination: Monitor the order management system (OMS) and coordinate closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure prompt and accurate order picking, packing, and dispatch.
Inventory Synchronization: Ensure real-time synchronization of inventory between physical stock and online listings to prevent overselling or stock-outs.
Platform Maintenance: Perform routine checks to ensure all website features, payment gateways, and third-party integrations are functioning correctly.
Reporting: Generate daily and weekly reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and fulfillment efficiency for the E-commerce Manager.
Job Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing support, or retail inventory management. Direct experience with major regional marketplaces is a significant plus.
Technical Proficiency: Mandatory experience using an E-commerce Platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for large data set management. Experience with OMS/WMS is beneficial.
Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and the ability to work systematically under tight deadlines required by online sales.
- Work Setup Readiness: Must possess strong computer and self-management skills for the hybrid setup. Must be available to come to the Taguig office for team coordination and warehouse systems support.
