Key Responsibilities:
Performance Tracking: Collect, consolidate, and analyze project data related to engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities against established baselines.
Financial Reporting: Monitor project expenditures, prepare variance analysis, and assist in forecasting costs to complete (CTC) and estimate at completion (EAC).
Schedule Management: Work with project managers to update and maintain the Integrated Project Schedule, identifying critical path risks.
Dashboard Creation: Design and generate routine and ad-hoc reports and visualizations using Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) and presentation tools.
- Documentation: Ensure all project progress data, reports, and communication logs are accurately filed and auditable.
Job Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Management, or a related quantitative field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project controls, financial analysis, or reporting, preferably within the energy, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
Technical Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables) is essential. Experience with project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and ERP/PMIS is highly valued.
Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and a strong ability to manage and synthesize large, complex data sets.
- Work Setup Readiness: Must be primarily office-based in Taguig to ensure security and accessibility of project systems, but may attend occasional, scheduled meetings at accessible project sites (non-field).
