Job Description

The Energy Project Reporting Analyst will support the Project Management Office (PMO) for Central Heavenly Corporation's renewable energy and resource development initiatives. This highly analytical role is responsible for tracking project progress, monitoring key metrics (budget, schedule, resource utilization), and generating comprehensive status reports for senior management and investors. Your accuracy ensures that multi-million dollar energy projects remain on time and within financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Tracking: Collect, consolidate, and analyze project data related to engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities against established baselines.

  • Financial Reporting: Monitor project expenditures, prepare variance analysis, and assist in forecasting costs to complete (CTC) and estimate at completion (EAC).

  • Schedule Management: Work with project managers to update and maintain the Integrated Project Schedule, identifying critical path risks.

  • Dashboard Creation: Design and generate routine and ad-hoc reports and visualizations using Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) and presentation tools.

  • Documentation: Ensure all project progress data, reports, and communication logs are accurately filed and auditable.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Management, or a related quantitative field.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project controls, financial analysis, or reporting, preferably within the energy, construction, or manufacturing sectors.

  • Technical Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables) is essential. Experience with project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and ERP/PMIS is highly valued.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and a strong ability to manage and synthesize large, complex data sets.

  • Work Setup Readiness: Must be primarily office-based in Taguig to ensure security and accessibility of project systems, but may attend occasional, scheduled meetings at accessible project sites (non-field).
