Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key digital marketing metrics (e.g., CPA, Clicks, Conversions, Engagement) using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM data.
Campaign Optimization: Provide data-driven recommendations to marketing managers for optimizing campaign performance across paid search, social media, and email marketing channels.
Dashboard Management: Develop and maintain automated performance dashboards to provide real-time visibility into campaign results for stakeholders.
A/B Testing: Design and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to determine the most effective messaging and creative strategies.
- Market Research: Support the communications team by analyzing audience behavior and market trends to inform content strategy.
Job Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a highly quantitative field.
Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing analytics, performance marketing, or data analysis role.
Technical Proficiency: Mandatory proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads/Facebook Ads reporting, and Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a major advantage.
Analytical Skills: Exceptional quantitative reasoning and logical problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret data and tell a story with numbers.
Work Setup Readiness: Must possess strong self-management skills for remote data analysis and be available for scheduled on-site presentations and strategic planning meetings in Taguig.
