Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Control: Conduct daily cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory counts to maintain accurate records of raw materials and finished goods.
Data Entry & Tracking: Accurately enter and update stock movements (inbound receipts, outbound shipments) into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Documentation: Prepare necessary paperwork for all shipments, including packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery receipts, ensuring compliance with transport regulations.
Stock Organization: Assist in organizing and labeling warehouse stock locations to improve efficiency and minimize errors, adhering to safety protocols.
- Discrepancy Reporting: Report any inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or issues with incoming shipments to the Inventory Supervisor immediately.
Job Requirements
Educational Background: At least a High School Graduate or equivalent is required. A vocational certificate or college degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business is a plus.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in warehousing, inventory control, data entry, or a related administrative role within a logistics or retail environment.
Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reconciliation. Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or inventory software is highly advantageous.
Soft Skills: Exceptional numerical accuracy, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility. Must be reliable and punctual.
- Work Setup Readiness: Must work on-site at the Taguig Logistics Hub and be willing to work a shifting schedule. The immediate work area is an accessible office within the warehouse, but some movement may be required within the controlled inventory area (accommodations will be provided).
