Job Description

The Insurance Policy Administrator is a key support role in Central Heavenly Corporation's insurance services unit. You will be responsible for the meticulous administration of life, non-life, and corporate group policies, ensuring accuracy in policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements. This role involves heavy data processing, document verification, and adherence to strict regulatory guidelines to maintain policyholder integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Processing: Accurately process new policy applications, policy changes (endorsements), cancellations, and renewal notices within the established service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Document Verification: Review all submitted application forms and supporting documents for completeness, authenticity, and compliance with underwriting guidelines.

  • Database Management: Input and update policyholder information, premium payments, and policy status changes into the core insurance administration system.

  • Premium Reconciliation: Assist the billing department in reconciling premium payments and generating premium due statements for policyholders.

  • Internal Communication: Serve as a liaison between sales agents, underwriters, and the client services team to resolve discrepancies related to policy documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in insurance processing, banking, or a high-volume data administrative role. Prior exposure to insurance software or policy systems is highly advantageous.

  • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting. Experience with insurance policy management software and accurate typing/data entry skills are mandatory.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, a systematic and procedural approach to work, and high integrity for handling confidential financial information.

  • Work Setup Readiness: Must possess strong self-discipline for remote work and be available to come on-site to the Taguig office for mandatory annual compliance training, physical document audits, and team meetings.
