Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high volumes of candidates for entry-to-mid-level roles across Central Heavenly Corporation's diverse sectors (e.g., Call Centre, Admin, Manufacturing support). This role is critical to maintaining CHC's rapid growth and commitment to inclusive employment by building diverse pipelines. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial job posting to candidate offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, database search) to attract candidates and conduct initial phone/virtual screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized, up-to-date candidate pipeline using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience.

  • Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate salary packages (within approved ranges), and manage pre-employment requirements.

  • Diversity & Inclusion Focus: Actively source and engage with diverse talent pools, particularly those aligned with our PWD hiring initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related social science field.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within BPO, shared services, or a large corporate setting.

  • Technical Proficiency: Mandatory experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (e.g., Workday, Taleo). Proficient in Microsoft Office and professional social media platforms for sourcing.

  • Soft Skills: Strong verbal communication and interviewing skills, persuasive negotiation abilities, and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Work Setup Readiness: Must possess excellent time management skills for managing multiple requisitions. Must be willing to travel to the Taguig office or external venues for recruitment events and in-person interviews.
