Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, database search) to attract candidates and conduct initial phone/virtual screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized, up-to-date candidate pipeline using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience.
Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate salary packages (within approved ranges), and manage pre-employment requirements.
- Diversity & Inclusion Focus: Actively source and engage with diverse talent pools, particularly those aligned with our PWD hiring initiatives.
Job Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related social science field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within BPO, shared services, or a large corporate setting.
Technical Proficiency: Mandatory experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (e.g., Workday, Taleo). Proficient in Microsoft Office and professional social media platforms for sourcing.
Soft Skills: Strong verbal communication and interviewing skills, persuasive negotiation abilities, and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Work Setup Readiness: Must possess excellent time management skills for managing multiple requisitions. Must be willing to travel to the Taguig office or external venues for recruitment events and in-person interviews.
