Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Monitoring: Track, interpret, and communicate changes in government regulations and statutory requirements that impact CHC's diverse business units.
Documentation & Submission: Prepare, review, and submit extensive documentation for permits, licenses, contracts, and mandatory reports to government agencies.
Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for routine inquiries, audits, or site visits conducted by government officials, ensuring smooth communication and cooperation.
Internal Audits: Conduct internal compliance reviews to identify potential areas of risk and implement corrective actions across departments.
- Training: Develop and deliver internal training sessions to employees regarding regulatory standards and compliance best practices.
Job Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Law, Business Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in a corporate compliance, legal, or government liaison role. Familiarity with the Philippine regulatory environment is essential.
Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail for legal documentation, strong written communication skills, and high ethical integrity. Must possess a professional demeanor for external representation.
Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in legal research tools, document management, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work Setup Readiness: Must be willing to travel frequently within Metro Manila and nearby provinces to visit government offices for submissions, meetings, and follow-ups. Mobility and travel accommodations will be provided as needed.
