Job Description

The Regulatory Compliance & Government Liaison Specialist will manage and facilitate Central Heavenly Corporation’s interaction with various government and regulatory bodies (e.g., DTI, SEC, FDA, LGU offices). This role focuses on ensuring that all CHC operations and projects, particularly those involving public sector contracts or highly regulated industries (like defense supply and infrastructure), are fully compliant with national laws and mandates. You will act as the key contact for regulatory submissions and compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Monitoring: Track, interpret, and communicate changes in government regulations and statutory requirements that impact CHC's diverse business units.

  • Documentation & Submission: Prepare, review, and submit extensive documentation for permits, licenses, contracts, and mandatory reports to government agencies.

  • Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for routine inquiries, audits, or site visits conducted by government officials, ensuring smooth communication and cooperation.

  • Internal Audits: Conduct internal compliance reviews to identify potential areas of risk and implement corrective actions across departments.

  • Training: Develop and deliver internal training sessions to employees regarding regulatory standards and compliance best practices.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Law, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in a corporate compliance, legal, or government liaison role. Familiarity with the Philippine regulatory environment is essential.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail for legal documentation, strong written communication skills, and high ethical integrity. Must possess a professional demeanor for external representation.

  • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in legal research tools, document management, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Work Setup Readiness: Must be willing to travel frequently within Metro Manila and nearby provinces to visit government offices for submissions, meetings, and follow-ups. Mobility and travel accommodations will be provided as needed.
