Job Description

The Corporate L&D Trainer is responsible for developing, customizing, and delivering impactful training programs across all business units within Central Heavenly Corporation. This includes new hire onboarding, essential soft skills training (e.g., communication, leadership), and job-specific technical modules. You will ensure CHC employees possess the competencies required to excel in their roles and uphold our standards of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery: Lead engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, for groups of varying sizes and experience levels.

  • Curriculum Customization: Adapt existing training materials (slide decks, manuals, activities) to suit the specific needs and context of different CHC departments.

  • Assessment & Evaluation: Design and administer pre- and post-training assessments to measure knowledge retention and overall program effectiveness.

  • Reporting: Track attendance, assessment scores, and participant feedback, providing regular reports to the L&D Manager on training impact.

  • Coaching: Provide one-on-one or small-group coaching and follow-up support to reinforce learning objectives and address performance gaps.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. Professional training certification (e.g., CTT+, ATD) is a plus.

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in corporate training, teaching, or a facilitation role, with a proven ability to manage a classroom environment.

  • Presentation Skills: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and maintain audience engagement.

  • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and experience with virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams). Familiarity with basic instructional design principles is beneficial.

  • Work Setup Readiness: Must be primarily on-site at the Taguig training facilities to conduct in-person sessions, with some flexibility for remote content preparation and virtual delivery.
