Key Responsibilities:
Data Gathering & Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data, internal metrics, and existing workflows to map "as-is" processes.
Modeling & Recommendation: Utilize analytical tools to develop "to-be" process models and quantitatively evaluate potential strategic recommendations for process optimization.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare high-quality, professional presentation decks and detailed reports that clearly articulate findings, implications, and proposed solutions to management.
Stakeholder Interviews: Conduct structured interviews and workshops with internal stakeholders and process owners to validate data and gather qualitative insights.
- Benchmarking: Research industry best practices and external benchmarks to inform and strengthen strategic proposals.
Job Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a highly quantitative field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, strategy planning, or a research-intensive role. Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Superior analytical and quantitative reasoning skills. Must be proficient in statistical data analysis and interpretation.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to present complex data and arguments concisely to senior leadership.
Work Setup Readiness: Must be comfortable working in a self-directed, analytical environment (hybrid setup) and participating in structured meetings/presentations in the Taguig corporate office.
