Key Responsibilities:
Program Management: Plan and organize all aspects of CSR activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistical support for community events and employee volunteer drives.
Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders, non-government organizations (NGOs), and internal department heads to facilitate program success.
Budget Oversight: Manage and track the budget for all assigned CSR projects, ensuring responsible use of corporate funds.
Impact Reporting: Collect data, measure the social and environmental impact of programs, and create detailed reports and presentations for executive review and public release.
- Communications: Develop internal and external communications (e.g., newsletters, press releases) to promote CSR initiatives and employee involvement.
Job Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of practical experience in managing or coordinating CSR activities, NGO programs, public relations, or community organizing.
Soft Skills: Demonstrated passion for social impact, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people (employees, community members, executives).
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for planning, budgeting, and reporting. Experience with photography/basic media content creation is a plus.
