Job Description

The CSR Program Coordinator will be the driving force behind Central Heavenly Corporation's commitment to social responsibility and community development across our operating locations. This role involves planning, executing, and reporting on various community outreach, environmental, and employee volunteer programs. You will serve as the liaison between CHC and non-profit partners, ensuring our social initiatives create measurable, positive impact in the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Plan and organize all aspects of CSR activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistical support for community events and employee volunteer drives.

  • Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders, non-government organizations (NGOs), and internal department heads to facilitate program success.

  • Budget Oversight: Manage and track the budget for all assigned CSR projects, ensuring responsible use of corporate funds.

  • Impact Reporting: Collect data, measure the social and environmental impact of programs, and create detailed reports and presentations for executive review and public release.

  • Communications: Develop internal and external communications (e.g., newsletters, press releases) to promote CSR initiatives and employee involvement.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of practical experience in managing or coordinating CSR activities, NGO programs, public relations, or community organizing.

  • Soft Skills: Demonstrated passion for social impact, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people (employees, community members, executives).

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for planning, budgeting, and reporting. Experience with photography/basic media content creation is a plus.

  • Work Setup Readiness: Must be willing and able to participate in field work, which includes community visits and on-site event supervision. Reasonable accommodations for travel and on-site mobility will be provided.
