Job Description

The Strategic Program Manager reports directly to the General Management/Executive Office and is responsible for overseeing and driving complex, cross-functional initiatives across Central Heavenly Corporation's diverse business units. You will translate high-level executive strategy into actionable project plans, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure seamless execution of major corporate programs aimed at efficiency, integration, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with executives to define program scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with CHC’s overall strategic direction.

  • Program Oversight: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including resource allocation, budget tracking, and scheduling across different departments (e.g., Tech, Finance, Marketing).

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary communication link between the executive team and subsidiary managers, providing regular, high-impact status reports and presentations.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and roadblocks to program success and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Performance Reporting: Design and implement metrics to measure program success and present analytical insights to the CEO and General Management team.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field is required. A Master's degree (e.g., MBA) or PMP certification is highly desirable.

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in project management, strategic planning, or management consulting, preferably within a large, multi-industry organization.

  • Analytical and Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead diverse teams without direct authority and possess strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.

  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of project management tools (e.g., Asana, MS Project), advanced Excel for financial modeling, and professional presentation software.

  • Work Setup Readiness: Must possess excellent self-management skills for remote work and be available for crucial in-person executive meetings in the Taguig City corporate office.
