Job Description

The Financial Services Client Associate is the primary point of contact for clients seeking guidance and information regarding Central Heavenly Corporation's diversified financial products (banking, investments, insurance, and lending services). You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, managing client accounts, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell or recommend appropriate financial solutions tailored to the client's goals and risk profile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through proactive and courteous communication.

  • Transaction Processing: Efficiently process various financial transactions, including account openings, wire transfers, loan applications, and investment portfolio updates, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all CHC financial products and services to accurately advise clients on benefits, features, and suitability.

  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all client interactions, documentation, and regulatory forms are completed accurately and comply with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and other relevant regulations.

  • Problem Resolution: Promptly and professionally resolve client issues related to accounts, billing, or services, coordinating with back-office support as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a financial services, banking, or customer-facing sales environment is highly preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant internships and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of basic financial principles (e.g., savings, investments, credit).

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills are mandatory, as this is a high-interaction, client-facing role.

  • Work Setup Readiness: Must be comfortable working in a professional office environment, meeting clients face-to-face, and adhering to strict banking security and ethical standards.
