Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through proactive and courteous communication.
Transaction Processing: Efficiently process various financial transactions, including account openings, wire transfers, loan applications, and investment portfolio updates, while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all CHC financial products and services to accurately advise clients on benefits, features, and suitability.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all client interactions, documentation, and regulatory forms are completed accurately and comply with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and other relevant regulations.
- Problem Resolution: Promptly and professionally resolve client issues related to accounts, billing, or services, coordinating with back-office support as needed.
Job Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a financial services, banking, or customer-facing sales environment is highly preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant internships and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of basic financial principles (e.g., savings, investments, credit).
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills are mandatory, as this is a high-interaction, client-facing role.
Work Setup Readiness: Must be comfortable working in a professional office environment, meeting clients face-to-face, and adhering to strict banking security and ethical standards.
